We're Baaaack

Yesterday's flight went well, and Lisa continues to have more energy for day-to-day activities.  One thing that our Radiation Oncologist has said is that patients almost never continue to "feel better" if there's an actively growing tumor, so that's another good sign.

In addition to many cards in the mail from caring people, we had a wonderful "life sized greeting" from Lisa's co-workers waiting for us when we arrived home from the airport.  What a nice (and somewhat startling) surprise!

It will probably take until Wednesday or Thursday for MD Anderson to scan into their computer system all of the faxed records and the discs of images that we brought so other doctors there (specifically, a Radiation Oncologist) can see them if they need them when conferring with our local doctors.   Our local Radiation Oncologist should be talking with them late this week or early next week.
