Today was another day when Lisa felt pretty good and energetic... at least for a bit.  While her mom and I were at church this morning, she decided she wanted to try some weed-whacking out in the yard, but that was short-lived as it wore her out quickly and brought her heart rate up to 120.

Later in the day she felt good again, and went shopping with her mom, but while at Sam's Club she almost passed out, and had to sit in a lounge chair while her mom got her something to eat and drink, which helped.

Lisa is feeling much better, probably in part due to the steroids, but even though she wants to get out of the house for something other than doctor appointments and treatments, she's learning that she still has to be very careful about not over-doing.
