Last evening the pain was to the point where Lisa decided she really needed to go ahead and take the prescription pain medications. They did help her get a better night's sleep.

Update: While at the treatment center today, we asked to meet with one of the nurse to talk about the pain and other symptoms, which are worse compared to when we met with the doctor just yesterday. She checked with the doctor, and Lisa is being put on another 6-day "pak" of steroids. These helped when we did this in early April, so we're hoping they provide similar relief this time.
