The orthopedic specialist said that Lisa's xray today shows "no change" from how it looked before the radiation treatments. That's inconclusive... though it's "good" because it's no worse, and there's still no concern for spontaneous fracture just from walking around or doing things around the house. However, it also means that the bone hasn't yet rebuilt after the radiation, but that's not too much of a surprise because it can take quite awhile, and Lisa hasn't been taking the Xgeva treatments nor calcium supplements.

An MRI has been ordered to be done along with Lisa's diagnostic CT and PET/CT scans on the 27th. We'll get the MRI results on the 29th. The doctor has also said that Lisa needs to start using a cane most of the time to take pressure off of that right hip area.
