We spent two and a half hours at the cancer center again this afternoon for blood work and chemo infusion. There were no problems during the process.

Lisa's hemoglobin continues to go lower, and if it doesn't improve on its own, at some point she'll need a blood transfusion. Hopefully that won't be necessary; when this occurred several months ago, it did turn around, though she had an iron infusion to help it along at the time.

Tomorrow afternoon we go back again for the Neulasta shot (white count booster). They also want a sample of the fluid and tissue of what Lisa sometimes coughs up, so that they can do a culture on it.
