Lisa had a lymphedema therapy treatment yesterday, and another today. It's a very very light massage to the affected areas that is supposed to stimulate the lymph system to work more actively. If you watch it being done, it doesn't look like it would have much effect, but we're already seeing a change in "texture" of the problem areas that may indicate that the fluid buildup is lessening.

Tomorrow morning Lisa has an appointment with a vascular surgeon for a consult, and then chemo in the afternoon.
