Lisa's pre-chemo bloodwork shows very good counts, and the oncologist said that's a great indication that the cancer is under control. To confirm that, Lisa will have a PET/CT scan done after this 'round', which means it will be done the first week in April. The doctor said that the chest area pains she occasionally gets are probably from scar tissue rather than live tumor, but the PET will tell us for sure. He also said that the worsening of her lymphedema is likely due to the chemo creating the "radiation recall" condition she's had before, even though this particular chemo isn't as bad as her previous mix.
This afternoon's chemo treatment went normally.
