Saturday was Lisa's top of the curve... Sunday she was still reasonably good, and a bit less yesterday, finding herself more easily fatigued.  Since today is chemo day, she'll have blood tests first that will tell us the level of typical chemo-induced anemia she's probably starting to deal with.
