Lisa blood work showed that she's still anemic, but not dangerously so.  Likewise, her white blood count (immune system) is low, but not to the point of needing intervention.  Because this is her week off from chemo, the oncologist thinks her counts will get back into normal range by the time chemo is scheduled for next week.  Her hemoglobin was adequate, which offsets other indicators of iron level so he doesn't think that an infusion of iron is necessary... she'll just continue eating iron-rich foods.

We'll have one more "round" of this chemo (two more treatments) and then get another scan -- probably a PET scan since it is the most definitive so we can best determine if it is having the desired effect.
