Lisa's pre-chemo blood work all looked good, though she was running a slight fever.  The doctor decided to go ahead and have her take the chemo treatment, which went fine, though overnight night Lisa had some cramping type of side-effects.

After this chemo "cycle" (which is two treatments, including yesterday's, plus a week off), Lisa will get another PET/CT scan, which is the type of scan that provides the most information about the effectiveness of the treatment and the amount of cancer still active, if any.
